Property developer Sun Group on Tuesday afternoon held the ground-breaking ceremony for Tam Dao Ecotourism Complex in northern Vinh Phuc Province with the participation of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

of construction at a cost of US$230 million.
